At PPI, hardboard
is fabricated into a number of products, either perforated or solid.
PPI does
not produce Solid Hardboard from raw materials, but purchases it in tremendous
volume from major manufacturers primarily in North America. We fabricate
both S2S (Smooth 2 Sides) and S1S (Smooth 1 Side) Solid
Hardboard in
thicknesses of 1/8", 3/16", and nominal 1/4" (7/32"). S2S dry process
hardboard and thin MDF comes in 3.0mm, 4.8mm and 5.5mm.
The large & extensive inventory of sizes and types we maintain at
all of PPI’s manufacturing plants assures every customer of the best availability
